Purpose

You use this report to create unique normed texts for the existing validation rules. Unique normed texts are assigned to the validation rules and allow you to find rules by using case insensitive texts or parts of texts.

Integration

This report is applicable only for component extension 5.0 SPS00 for SAP EHS Management.

Execution of this report in higher SPs or releases has no effect on the content.

Prerequisites

Before you use this report, you must implement SAP Note 2022733 on your component extension 5.0 SPS00 for SAP EHS Management system.

Activities

1. 1.,,Perform a test execution of the report by selecting the corresponding check box.

The system displays a status of the test execution and optionally lists the names of the validation rules that do not have any normed texts.

1. 2.,,Assign normed texts to validation rule.

The report finds all applicable validation rules and assigns normed texts to them. Then, all changes are saved in the database.
