R_EHHSS_FSI_UPLOAD_GLOBAL_TEXT - Upload global safety instruction text blocks

Purpose
This report is intended for an initial upload of safety instruction global text blocks into the system. It does not support the upload of factory text blocks.

Features
The report takes an Excel file of the following structure as input:
- Column 1
- Chapter Type
- The technical keys from the domain EHHSS_FSI_CHAPTER_TYPEare used.
- Column 2
- Language
- The two-letter system code for languages is used, for example, DE or EN.
- Column 3
- Text Block
- Simple text
- Column 4
- Safety Instruction Type
- The technical keys from the domain EHHSS_FSI_TYPE are used.
- Can be left empty if text block shall be used for all types of safety instructions.
- Column 4
- Safety Instruction Subtype
- The technical keys from the domain EHHSS_FSI_SUBTYPE are used.
- Can be left empty if text block shall be used for all subtypes of safety instructions.
