Purpose

You use this report to generate offline recording forms for initial incident recording.

You can use these forms to record events offline. After completing the form, you can return it via e-mail. The system then creates a task for the incident manager.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have created forms for Environment, Health, and Safety in the Customizing activity Specify Forms for Foundation for EHS.

You have specified form groups and assigned the forms in the Customizing activity Specify Form Groups and Assign Forms for Foundation for EHS.

The forms are available in the form repository (transaction SFP).

To generate the report, make the following entries:

• Form name

• Language (default language is English)

• Country (specifies the format settings for the date and time)
