R_EHHSS_UPDATE_SRC_DATA - Update Safety-Relevant Changes

Purpose
This report is used to create entries for the SafetyRelevantChangeRecord business object based on changes to the Chemical business object.
This report creates the database entries for the Monitor Safety-Relevant Changes app based on the change log information written for the Chemical business object.
Integration
To prepare the data for the Monitor Safety-Relevant Changes app, relevant changes need to be determined on a regular basis. Therefore, schedule the execution of this report regularly.
Prerequisites
Activate the writing of change documents for the following database tables:
- EHFNDD_CHM_GHC
- EHFNDD_CHM_GHING
- EHFNDD_CHM_GSTMT
- EHFNDD_CHM_HCGC
- EHFNDD_CHM_HCLSS
- EHFNDD_CHM_HIGC
- EHFNDD_CHM_HING
- EHFNDD_CHM_HSTMT
Features
This job checks the central change documents for safety-relevant changes to the Chemical business objects.
For the detected changes, a chemical change record is written, and the dependent objects are determined.
The following changes in the chemical business object are considered as safety-relevant:
- Add or remove GHS classification (global or country-specific)
- Add or remove hazard statement (global or country-specific)
- Add or remove hazardous ingredient (global or country-specific)
- Add or remove a country from country-specific GHS classification group
- Add or remove a country from country-specific hazardous ingredient group
The following objects are analyzed to find dependent objects:
- Hazardous substance inventory
- Safety instruction
- Risk / risk assessments
- Chemical approval
