Purpose

This report is carried out automatically for all clients in your system when you have done the following:

  • Upgraded the health and safety management function of Environment, Health, and Safety as part of SAP S/4HANA releases 1511 or 1610 to releases 1709 or higher.
  • Converted the risk assessment function of component extension for SAP EHS Management to the health and safety management function of Environment, Health, and Safety as part of SAP S/4HANAreleases 1709 or higher.

This report initializes a new business object that stores information of jobs at locations and related job steps. It uses the information stored in the risk assessment business object as a data source to initialize the new business object.

Prerequisites

Features

With SAP S/4HANA 1709, the business object I_EHSJOBATLOCATIONTP has been introduced. It stores information about jobs and related job steps independently from any risk assessment.

After you have upgraded or converted your system, business object instances for I_EHSJOBATLOCATIONTP are automatically created from the job-related risk assessment business object EHHSS_RISK_ASSESSMENT.

Selection

If you run the report in interactive mode, you can select the following option:

  • Client: You can specify the clients in your system in which the report is processed. Otherwise, the report processes data in all clients in your system.
  • Run in Test Mode: If you select this checkbox, the report does not change any data but displays information about the number of database records to be created.

Standard Variants

There are no variants delivered in the standard system.

Output

The report transfers data for jobs, locations, and job steps that are stored in job-related risk assessments to the new business object I_EHSJOBATLOCATIONTP.

Activities

This report is automatically executed after an upgrade or conversion to SAP S/4HANA 1709.
In addition, you can start the report in interactive mode or restart it if the report terminates due to any technical issues.
