R_EHPRC_TEST_SUB_DEL - Delete Specifications

Purpose

You use this report to delete compliance data objects, process control object (PCBO) instances and workflow instances that are linked to the specifications that are going to be deleted.

There are two options:

• The flag 'Delete Basic Materials' will delete also those specifications that are type of basic material.

• The flag 'Delete Pure Substances' will delete also those specifications that are type of pure substance.

We recommend executing the deletion of specifications from top to bottom of the product structure.

Note: Pure substances don't have a link to any compliance data object. So the report does not apply to pure substances, only to the part of the product structure which is stored in the compliance data object (supplier listings and basic material compositions).
