R_FINS_PLAN_DELETE_PLANDATA - Delete Financial Plan Data

Purpose
You use this report to delete plan data from the ACDOCP table. You want to delete plan data from the ACDOCP table in one of the following cases:
- You uploaded an incorrect set of plan data.
- You want to get rid of old plan data.
Prerequisites
Features
Selection
On the selection screen you find the following selection fields:
- Category(Mandatory): Enter the plan categoryfor which you want to delete a set of plan data.
- Further optional selection fields:
- G/L Fiscal Year(Optional): Enter the G/L fiscal yearsfor which you want to delete a set of plan data.
- Posting Period(Optional): Enter the posting periodsfor which you want to delete a set of plan data.
- Ledger(Optional): Enter the ledgersfor which you want to delete a set of plan data.
- Controlling Area(Optional): Enter the controlling areasfor which you want to delete a set of plan data.
- Company Code(Optional): Enter the company codesfor which you want to delete a set of plan data.
- Request Trans. Seq. No. (Optional): Enter the request transaction sequence numberof the requestwith which you uploaded the redundant plan data. Since the system posts the plan data as delta entries, the program deletes plan data posted by this request and all subsequent requests.
- Note: The system stores the request transaction sequence number as a 23-digit number.
- If you choose the value help (F4), the system displays the request transaction sequence number formatted as follows:

- If you display the content of the ACDOCP table using the SE16transaction, the system displays the request transaction sequence number as an unformatted 23-digit number.
- If you display the content of the ACDOCP table using the SE16ntransaction, the system displays the request transaction sequence number formatted as displayed above.
Additionally, you find a checkbox Run in Test Mode. If you select it, the report will run in a test mode and no plan data records are deleted. Instead, you will receive a message stating how many plan data records would be deleted deleted if you run the report in execution mode.

Activities
- Choose System ==> Services ==> Reportingor transaction SA38.
- Enter R_FINS_PLAN_DELETE_PLANDATAinto the Programfield and choose Execute.
- Enter the required selection fields and choose Execute.
