R_FINS_REPOST_ACDOC - Reposting to Universal Journal (in consideration of document split)

Purpose
This program processes and posts the universal journal entries while taking document splitting into consideration.
The program can be used to:
- split the universal journal entries subsequently
- repost the universal journal entries in accordance with the changed configuration of the document splitting.
Because this program is based on the existing universal journal entries, it's use is not intended for posting new or reposting complete accounting documents such as FI, Controlling, Asset Accounting, and so on.
Integration
Prerequisites
The program can repost the universal journal entries only if the document splitting information has already been updated in the database.
Features
Selection
You can run the program for company code, fiscal year, document number, and some general document attributes.
You can activate the posting of universal journal entries to either selected ledgers or to all relevant ledgers.
Optionally -
- You can activate document splitting before processing the universal journal entries.
- After universal journal entry processing is complete, the program can reconcile the account totals between the new and the existing documents, before updating the database.
- While reposting the universal journal entries, parallel processing is possible.
Standard Variants
Output
The results of the program run are displayed in an application log, which displays either a complete list of all processed documents or a list of erroneous documents with an assigned log
