Purpose

Synchronize legal document in Legal Content Management with virtual document from Legal Content Assembly

Integration

Prerequisites

• Virtual documents must exist in the system client.

• Business feature for Legal Content Assembly must be switched on in the system client.

Features

Successful execution of this report updates the virtual documents which are modified from the Legal Content Assembly system in the LCM_LCA_VD table. The system will also create new versions of the virtual documents in the LCM_LCA_VD and LCM_DOCUMENT tables when triggered from the Legal Content Assembly system.

Example

Consider a virtual document VD1 with a version v1 and an assembly status Assembly in Process, is created in a legal transaction LT1. After a successful assembly in the Legal Content Assembly system, the template manager can change the assembly status to Completed in the Legal Content Assembly system. To synchronize this status with the virtual document created in the Legal Content Management system, you must execute this report.
