R_LCM_LT_STATUS_UPDATE - Legal Transaction Status Update

Purpose

The report R_LCM_LT_STATUS_UPDATE is used to change the health of legal transactions to EXPIRED, when the END DATE of the legal transactions is in the past. This is scheduled daily as a background job.

Integration

This is a standard report that checks the health of legal transactions based on its End Date.

Prerequisites

Features

This report changes the status of a legal transaction to EXPIRED, if the legal transaction has reached its End Date (i.e., End Date <= Today’s date). A legal transaction does not qualify for expiration if it is in Draftstatus.

This report also include launching R_LCM_CALC_RNWL_TERMN_DATE - report

for updating dates related to renewal scenario.

Activities

1. Use transaction SE38 to execute the report R_LCM_LT_STATUS_UPDATE or run the scheduling job SAP_LCM_LT_STATUS_UPDATE. This report does not require any inputs.
2. Once the report is executed, you can see all the expired legal transactions.
