Purpose

You use this report to delete old entries from the buffer database tables that are used in the Grouping of Order List Items functionality.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

This report deletes entries from the database tables RPO_D_ITEM_BUF, RPO_D_ITEM_MAP and RPO_D_MAP_MERGE. It should be used to clean up these buffer tables so that they do not become too large.

Selection

You can specify the following restrictions for the deletion of the buffered entries:

  • Grouping hash (no ranges allowed, just single entries)
  • Order time
  • Only released entries or all entries
