Title
Archiving Revenue Recognition Tables: Write Program
Purpose
This program is used to write the revenue results table entries from the database to archive files.
Parameter
The following mandatory checks are run on a document before it can be archived:
Does a VBUK table entry still exist for the document
The BAdIs "SD_VBREC_CHECK" and "SD_VBREC_WRITE" can be used for Add-On-specific checks.
Prerequisites
The sales documents or billing documents have been successfully archived in advance with the archiving object SD_VBAK or SD_VBRK, that is, VBUK table entries must no longer exist for the revenue recognition table entries to be archived.
Activities
Procedure
1. Use the input help to choose a variant to start the program.
If no variant is available, choose Maintain to create a variant. (For hints on the procedure, see the input help for the Variant field.)
2. Choose Start Date to specify when you want the job to run.
3. Choose Spool Parameters to specify how you want the archiving log to be managed. If the deletion program is triggered automatically by the archiving program, these spool parameters also apply to the log of the deletion program.

4. Under Customizing -> Technical Settings, you can make additional settings such as the size of an archive file, logical file name, connection to ArchiveLink, and automatic start of the deletion program.
5. Customizing -> File Name/Paths Client (In)dependent leads you to the maintenance of logical file names/paths (transaction FILE (cross-client), SF01 (client-specific)).
6. Choose Execute to create the job with the set values.
Under Job Overview, all the jobs available in job management for the current archiving program are displayed.
