Purpose

This report converts data for the product allocation object and catalog used in Product Allocation (PAL) for advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) in SAP S/4HANA.

The XPRA works for the product allocation tables listed below (as the corresponding business objects are draft-based, the active tables and the draft tables (those suffixed with D) must be converted):

  1. In tables PACTLG, PACTLGD, PACTLG_PATH and PACTLG_PATHD, the initial field PRODALLOCCHARCCATALOGUSETYPE must contain 01 'Product Allocation'.
  2. In tables PAOBJ_CHARC and PAOBJ_CHARCD, the initial field PRODUCTALLOCATIONORDERTYPE must contain 01 'Sales Order'.
  3. In tables PALLOCOBJ and PALLOCOBJD, field ISSALESORDERALLOCOBJ must contain X 'Yes' if field ISSTOCKTRANSFERORDERALLOCOBJ is empty.
  4. The entries for tables PAOBJ_CHARC and PAOBJ_CHARCD must be copied to the corresponding fields in tables PAOBJ_ACHARC and PAOBJ_ACHARCD if these entries have not yet been created.
  5. In tables PACTLG_PATH and PACTLG_PATHD, internal IDs and certain other fields (for example, path) for sales order entries are changed to corresponding sales document entries. The parent internal IDs for their child entries are changed. In tables PAOBJ_CHARC, PAOBJ_CHARCD, PAOBJ_ACHARC and PAOBJ_ACHARCD, the corresponding internal IDs are replaced with the new internal IDs.
