SAPF122 - References from Original Documents to Following Recurring Documents

Purpose
You can use the present program SAPF122 as part of a currency changeover. In combination with program SAPF121, it is used to convert any recurring entry original documents using a soon-to-be-obsolete currency into new recurring entry original documents.
Integration
For more information, see the documentation on the following programs:
- Program SAPF121 creates the new recurring entry original documents and runs before this present program SAPF122 is executed.
- Once program SAPF122 has been run, you can use program RFDAUB00 to check and document the documents and the individual steps of the changeover.
Prerequisites
Features
Directly after program SAPF121 has been run, the present program SAPF122 is run and performs the following post-processing steps:
Post-processing of the old recurring entry original documents that have been converted by program SAPF121
- It transfers to the reference of the old recurring entry original document the document number and the fiscal year of the new recurring entry original document.
- It stores the character string SAPF121 in the document header.
- It sets the deletion indicator in the recurring entry original documents. In this way, the old documents are no longer used and can be deleted.
Post-processing of the new recurring entry original documents that have been created as a result of running the program SAPF121 during processing of the batch input session
Program SAP122 transfers the following data from the old recurring entry original documents to the new recurring entry original documents: Reference in the document header, header text, document long texts. It recognizes the new documents by the fact that their header text contains the character string SAPF121 and are not marked for deletion. As a reference document number, you obtain the number and the fiscal year of the old recurring entry original document.
