Purpose

The module check_zeitraum, which is called after entry on screen, does

the following checks:

For 'A'ppend and 'C'opy the system checks the new records for overlaps in the validity date. There must not be an entry with the same institution, organizational unit, parameter and sequence number which has a greater 'validity to' than the new 'validity from'.

The module check_all executes checks for overlaps even when you scroll.
