Purpose
The document category N1SMPL_DL is a discharge summary,which is available as a sample document. As it is a sample document, you cannot use it productively. You must create a copy and make customer-specific adaptations.
The discharge summary can be implemented as a parameterized document Generator Version 2.
Integration
Relationships
The user exit is implemented for the document category N1SMPL_DL in class CL_ISHMED_SMPL_DL_UEX_001.
The document category N1SMPL_DL has been enhanced with the following versions:
- Document category N1SMPL_DL (Version 2) integrates order data from Smart Medication with user exits.
- Document category N1SMPL_DL (Version 3) integrated order data from Smart Medication with the link module MEDICATION.

The sample discharge summary provides the following functions:
- Presetting and sorting of diagnoses
- Diagnosis processing call
- Presetting and sorting of procedures
- Procedure processing call
- Call of lab data selection and filling of lab data table
- Presetting of employee responsible
- Presetting of medication table with orders, which were selected in the Smart Medication component as therapy recommendations
- Call of alternative search for generic drugs
