Title

Maintaining Test Locations

Purpose

The TA SL32 is useful for creating the Locations(with or without HR System) and adding the test types to the location created.

Integration

Prerequisites

The following customizing values have to be maintained for the full functioning of the TA SL32.

,,1) PLAN VARIANT:,, ,, Default Value has to be set as 01.

,,2) HR SYSTEM:,,,, RFC Destination for HR(TEM) system.

,,3) TEST_TYPE_CHANGE: Default value 'NO'.

PROCESS

Creation of test locations:

,,There are two ways of creating a test location

a),,With HR System

The locations are pre-defined and one can select the desired one from the available list.

b),,Without HR System

Here test locations can be created independently without HR System

Test Location Details :

By double clicking the test location after creation or simply selecting the test location and clicking the details button one can add test type created using TA SL31. Once can add any number of test types to a particular location with different contexts.

Delete Locations:

Deletion of the locations are possible only when the available test types are deleted from the test location.

Change Location:

Change of location is possible only if the setting TEST_TYPE_CHANGE is set as 'YES'. If the TEST_TYPE_CHANGE setting is set as 'NO' then the change button is not visible to the user. The user can change only Country, Region and Location Type.
