SAPRVITAG2 - Archiving: Agency Collections Container (Deletion Run)

Description
The SAPRVITAG2 report realizes the second step for archiving data in agency collections: Deletion of the data from the database, based on a previously created archive.
Other dependent tables are also deleted.
The first step is realized by the SAPRVITAG1 report: Creation of an archive.
The archiving object is called VVKK_ITAG.
Note
The header entry from the ITAGCYCONTH database table is not deleted, but remains in the database with the status Archived.
