SDVBFA01 - Create Document Flow

Description

This program corrects errors in document flow. The system not only records document flow of sales documents, deliveries and billing documents for the previous document but rather for all previous documents. Occasionally, records are missing in the multi-level update. When, for instance, a credit memo is billed which refers to a billing document and this billing document in turn refers to an order for which there is an quotation, the document flow of the credit memo billing document is not recorded for the quotation.

Requirements

This program uses the program routine for normal online processing which guarantees a uniform document flow structure. You can only set the program using corrections in the user program for document flow structure (LV45VFFA). Related changes will be carried out for all document flow records.

Output

The system issues a list with the document numbers of document flow records which have been changed or added. The update indicator shows whether the record was added (I) or changed (U). The 'level' field is normally changed. The level indicates the previous document for which the record is to documented, starting at '00'.
