SD_COND_ARCH_DELETE - ADK: Archiving Conditions: Delete Program

Purpose

The report SD_COND_ARCH_DELETE physically deletes all conditions from a file that exists in the archive system from the database.

Integration

The Customizing settings in the transaction AOBJ define whether the report SD_COND_ARCH_DELETE is accessed automatically following access of the associated SD_COND_ARCH_WRITE write report. In other situations, the deletion report is started manually for archive files created by a write run using the transaction SARA.

The "File Selection for Deletion" function supports you here.

Deletion Scope

The deletion scope can be enhanced without making modifications using the integrated BADI exit 'ARC_SD_COND_DELETE' in the report SD_COND_ARCH_WRITE to incorporate the enhanced archiving scope of the associated write report SD_COND_ARCH_WRITE.

Selection

Flow control can be defined as follows using the selection screen for the report SD_COND_ARCH_DELETE:

• Test run,

• Update run,

• A detailed log can be requested.

Output

You can generate the following output:

• Selection of a standard or detailed log. The detailed log also lists all deleted conditions in table format.
