SFT_VIEW_TASK_STATUS - Regular Tasks Status Overview (China)

Purpose
You use this report to generate an overview of regular tasks. You can prepare the task overview for regular tasks that are included in shift diaries, or for regular tasks that have been scheduled but not yet started.
You can use this report to support your internal task planning processes, as well as to check the history of tasks that have been postponed.
In SAP, a regular task is an object that is created and scheduled to manage regularly required maintenance work. Regular tasks are first defined and then generated in a task schedule. The task schedule is referenced by various system functions, and is used to identify when a task requires completion.
Integration
Regular tasks are scheduled using the Regular Task Scheduling(REGT1) transaction.
Tasks can be added to or deleted from the task schedule using the Regular Task Maintenance (REGT2) transaction.
Prerequisites
You are using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).
You have implemented the PM, Regular Tasks Localization Topics for China business function.
The user has the correct authorization to display regular tasks.
Features
This report retrieves and displays the regular tasks that correspond to the selection criteria.
The system retrieves the regular task data from the Regular Tasks List for Item Data (SFTT_REG_TASK) table.
Selection
You can make various selections according to location, date, shift, or status.. You can restrict the regular tasks using fields, as follows:
- Plant and work center
- Date
- Shift
- Crew
- Task completion status
- Inclusion in shift diary
- Included, to select regular tasks based on their inclusion in shift diaries
You select this radio button to select regular tasks that already exist in shift diaries. This selects shift diaries that are currently being processed (created and saved), as well as completed shift diaries (handed over)
- Planned
You select this radio button to select regular tasks that have been scheduled but not yet included in a shift diary
Note that if you do not restrict the selection criteria, the system retrieves all regular tasks (note that this is not recommended for large data volumes).

Output
The corresponding tasks are displayed in the SAP List Viewer. The system displays the following information by default:
- Date
- Completion status
- User (shift chief responsible for the shift diary)
- Task details
- Postponement details (for tasks that are included in shift diaries)
You can choose a line item to display a task in detail.
To investigate history details for a postponed task, select a line item and choose the Show postpone history pushbutton. The postponement details then display for further investigation.
Activities
To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Plant Maintenance > Operations and Safety Management for China > Regular Tasks > Regular Tasks Status Overview(transaction REG_VIEWTASK).
