SMI_USERINFO_POST_DETAILS - Report SMI_USERINFO_POST_DETAILS

Purpose

You use this report to display information of a particular social user along with the social media posts posted by the social user. For example, you can display information such as email, location, country, and so on of a particular social user.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have the authorization object SMI_AUTH in the user profile. The attribute Display Activity (3) present in the authorization object (SMI_AUTH) provides the user the authorization to access the report.

Features

Selection

To view the information of a particular social user, you have to select a social user. You can select the social user based on the following parameters:

• Social User ID

• Social User Name

• Social User Account

• Social User E-mail Address

• Social Media Channel Code

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays the following information of the social user along the social posts of the social user:

• Social User ID

• User Name

• Email Address

• Social Medial Channel

• User Account

• Location

• Country

Activities

To execute this report, use the transaction SMI_DISP_SOCIAL and proceed as follows:

1. In the Social User Details and Corresponding Social Posts selection screen, enter the following details:

• Social User ID

• Social User Name

• Social User Account

• Social User Email Address

Note

To run the report, you need to enter data in any one of the above fields.

• Social Medial Channel Code

1. Choose Execute or press (F8).
