SPPF_CHECK_PARTNER - PPF: Consistency Check on Partner Data

Purpose
For partner-dependent actions, the partner data is saved to the able PPFTPARTNR. If errors occur when actions are deleted, the table may contain unused entries. The report SPPF_CHECK_PARTNER can be used to check the data in the partner table and delete it if necessary.
This report checks the data in the table PPFTPARTNR only. It does not check business partner data or tables.

Selection
- Test mode
Test mode only checks whether the partner data is being used.
- Production mode
Production mode deletes unused partner data from the table PPFTPARTNR.
Standard Variants
Output
If the report ends with the error message 'Unknown structure for persistency mapping", then an action processing with unknown persistency assignment exists in your system. If this is the case, you cannot use the report since you risk deleting too much partner data. Contact SAP development to have the report enhanced.
