SRF_XPRA_CONFIG_PARAM - XPRA to upate sequence number for the configuration parameter tables

Purpose

SAP S/4HANA for statutory reporting provides you with development content for report definitions. As part of the SAP release upgrade, this XPRA report performs certain data migrations required to start using the Configuration Parameters feature in SAP S/4HANA for statutory reporting.

The XPRA report is used to update the sequence number for the tables SRF_RPG_CAT4 and SRF_RPG_PAR

This migration is required only for the cloud systems to avoid namespace issues while assigning/maintaining values to the configuration parameters in SSCUI. To avoid the namespace issues for the customer created entries, the parameter sequence number is made to start from '1000'. So, the existing customer entries with sequence number '0000' is being replaced with '1000' in this XPRA.
