Purpose

You use this report to set the default audit area Customizing settings for the rule generator. You can also use the transaction DEFAULTARA to access this report.

Prerequisites

• You have already defined the audit area by using the transaction ILMARA.

Perform the following steps to maintain Customizing settings for the default audit area:

1. Select the audit area from the list.
2. Choose Execute.

Note: You can maintain only one audit area at a time. This default audit area is used for defining the retention rules in the rule generator.
