Purpose

This report will be run by the technical job SAP_ILM_BUS_RUL_SCHED_ACTIVATE.

In the ILM business rules application, the business rules can be scheduled for activation and they are maintained in a queue table. This report picks up the entries from queue table and triggers the activation for these rules and activates only those rules for which the rule start date is in the past or equal to the current date.

Prerequisites

The rule status of business rules created in the application must be set to scheduled for activation.
