Purpose

You use this report to generate a list of work tickets. Work tickets are listed either for investigation or for evaluation purposes, as follows:

  • Investigation
    The report can be used to list and review work tickets. For example, you can list the work tickets for which you are responsible.
  • Evaluation
    The report can be used to evaluate work tickets, and to check their compliance with internal company and national safety standards.
    Work tickets are reviewed on a regular basis in order to ensure that plant maintenance is conducted in compliance with national safety standards in power generation plants. Work tickets are assigned an evaluation status that indicates whether they comply (pass), do not comply (fail), or have not yet been reviewed (pending).

In SAP, a work ticket is a type of work clearance application (WCA) object. Maintenance and operations workers create work tickets to coordinate the information requirements, tasks, and approvals associated with plant maintenance work. A work ticket type corresponds to a value in the Usage of WCM Objectfield.

In China, there are national GB (guobiao) safety standards that apply to maintenance work and work safety in power generation plants. The standards are commonly referred to as the Two-Ticket (TTS) and Three-Operation Management (TOS) Systems. These standards outline the types of work ticket that are required for maintenance work and for compliance with national standards.

Integration

Reviewing of both work tickets and operation tickets is regularly required. To review operation tickets, use the Operation Ticket List (TTSAUDT2) transaction.

Prerequisites

You are using enhanced Work Clearance Management (WCM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).

You have implemented the PM, Two-Ticket Localization Topics for China business function.

The user has the correct authorization to list work tickets.

Features

This report retrieves and displays the work tickets that correspond to the selection criteria. The system retrieves the work ticket data from the WCM: Application (WCAAP) table; evaluation status changes are saved to the Audit Status Records (Work Tickets) (TTS_AUDIT_FLG) table.

Selection

You can make various selections according to work ticket processing status, and organizational needs. You can restrict the work ticket selection using the fields below:

  • Work ticket number
  • Creation date (saved in the work ticket under Goto> Administrative Info)
  • Completion date (saved in the work ticket in the Completed on fields)
  • Plant
  • Usage
  • Status (system status)
  • Evaluation status

Note that if you do not restrict the selection criteria, the system retrieves all work tickets (note that this is not recommended for large data volumes).

Standard Variants

No standard variant delivered.

Output

The selected work tickets are displayed in the SAP List Viewer. The system displays the following information by default:

  • Work ticket number
  • System status
  • Work ticket status (approval level)
  • Evaluation status
  • Planning information (for example, planned start and end dates)
  • Suspension information (for example, whether an equipment trial run was conducted)

It is recommended that you review the detailed work ticket as part of the evaluation process.To display the detailed (source) work ticket, double-click the work ticket number. Alternatively, you can display key data for a work ticket by selecting a line item and choosing the Detailspushbutton.

Note: Maintenance and operation workers can record comments during the completion of a work ticket. For more information, see the Evaluation Comments field on the Commentstab of the work ticket.

If you are responsible for evaluating work tickets, you can either pass or fail work tickets, as follows:

  • Individually, by selecting a line item and choosing either the Passor Failpushbutton
  • Collectively, by selecting multiple line items and choosing either the Passor Failpushbutton

Activities

To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Plant Maintenance > Operations and Safety Management for China > Two-Ticket System > Work Tickets > Work Ticket List(transaction TTSAUDT1).

Example

For example, your company has internal review standards which require that all completed and rejected work tickets are reviewed. Given the volume of work tickets created, you run the Work Ticket Listreport weekly, using a personal variant that you have defined. This variant identifies all work tickets that have been assigned a system status of closedor rejected within the last seven days.
