UDM_AUTOWRTOFF - Automatic Write-Off of Dispute Cases

Purpose

You use this program to start the automatic write-off of all disputed items for the selected dispute cases.

Integration

Prerequisites

The program only processes dispute cases that you have previously escalated.

In Customizing, you have defined a status for automatically closing dispute cases.
Automatic status changes

Features

The program blocks all selected dispute cases against manual changes. It then forwards the dispute cases to Financial Accounting and schedules the report RFDM2000 as a job.
