UMG_CHECK_STXL - Adjust table STXL after Unicode conversion

Purpose

Report UMG_CHECK_STXL is one of the additional post conversion steps which are executed automatically by report UMG_ADD_POST_STEP.

UMG_CHECK_STXL checks if data records from table STXL have to be adjusted after a Unicode conversion. Records in table STXL have to be adjusted if the system was configured as Ambiguous Blended Codepage System (code pages 6100, 6200, 6500).
