VEG_JOB_MON_TOOL - Job Monitoring Tool

Purpose

You use this report to monitor the status of the files registered for conversion.

You monitor the status of the files based on the Visual Enterprise Generator (VEG) they are registered with and the application area.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

From the ALV grid output of the report you can:

• Trigger immediate conversion of multiple jobs

• Abort a job

• View details such as workflow name, start and end time of a job, time for which the job was in queue, and so on for a selected job

• View the conversion status of multiple files that are associated to a single job ID

Selection

In addition to the standard selection criteria, you can view the status of a file based on the following:

• Registration date and time

• Document type, part, and version

You can also view the status of the files that were converted during a particular time period.
