WFA_ACTUALS_DELETE - WFM: delete actual working time data

Purpose

This program will delete actual working time data which is imported to WFM for comparing Actual Working Time against WFM schedules. However instead of deleting data, archiving object CA_WFA_ACT exists if you wish to archive your data instead of deleting it.
