WRMA_VALUES_DELETE - Delete Entries in the RMA Value Table

Purpose
The program uses the report WRMA_VALUES_DELETE for deletion of entries in the RMA value table.
Integration
Prerequisites
The report only deletes entries where the FI posting periods have closed.
Features
You can call up the report during the check run via the selection parameter Check Run. In the check run, the system selects and checks all entries. The report does not delete any data from the database. You can view the results in a log via the selection parameter Display Log.
Selection
- Selecting Organizational Data
You can select sites directly or by entering distribution chains. By default, the system only takes into account sites relevant to the RMA, unless you prevent this via the selection parameter No RMA-Relevance Check for Site. A site is relevant to the RMA if you assigned an RMA profile to the site in the site master.
- Time dependency
You must enter a fiscal year. You can then delete the entries for the fiscal year entered or up to and including the fiscal year entered.
- Control: FI period check impossible
The program only deletes entries where the FI posting period is closed. If errors (for example, faulty system settings) occur during the check whether the FI posting period is closed for the entry to be deleted, the system still deletes such entries. The prerequisite for this is that you have allowed the deletion via selection parameter Delete Entries, and that the fiscal year assigned to the entry is smaller or equal to the year calculated by selection parameter Amount of Years before the Current Calendar Year. You should only have to use this logic in exceptional cases.

Output
You can view the results in a log via the selection parameter Display Log.
The selection parameters No Success Messages and Information Messages enable you to exclude specific messages from the log.
The selection of organizational data enables you to specify that the system also selects sites for which no entries for deletion are available. The log for such entries usually contains information messages indicating that there are no entries for deletion for the site.
The selection parameter No Information Messages for Sites Without Data enables you to exclude such entries from the log.
Activities
Regularly call up the report in order to delete the entries for old fiscal years.
