Purpose

You use this report to send monitoring information from mySAP ERP about control recipes which have been sent for execution. The report will check for sent control recipes and inform a monitoring package about the sending. The report is intended to be executed periodically in the background

Integration

This report is part of a manufacturing monitoring system designed to be a single, standalone deployment either inside an existing mySAP ERP or in a central SAP instance of Basis release 6.40 or higher. It does no interfere with any existing data structures inside the SAP system where it is deployed.

Prerequisites

See prerequisites of the corresponding monitoring report ZMII_M_PROCESS_MONITOR. If the monitoring package is located on an different SAP system, adjust the RFC destination in include 'ZMII_M_DESTINATION' to point to this SAP system from the current mySAP ERP system where this report is executed.

Features

Selection

The report uses the following selection criteria:

  • Plant (obligatory): Enter the plant used for monitoring processes
  • Scenario (obligatory): Enter the name of the scenario (process type) you want to monitor.
  • Control recipe destination (obligatory): Enter the control recipe destination of the system which received the control recipes you want to be included in monitoring.
  • Recipes created last (min): Enter the number of minutes you want the report to look in the past for sent control recipes. The number of minutes depends on your periodic scheduling of the report, and should be slightly higher than the periodicity of the report execution. E.g. If you schedule the report to run every 10 minutes in the background you can restrict this entry to 15 min. The additional number of minutes is to make sure no control recipe gets omitted in the scan of the report

The report will issue an information message about each control recipe, where information has been sent to the monitoring package
