ZXMII_M_PROCESS_CLOSE - Delete old processes

Purpose

Use this report to delete process monitoring information. The report will check for outdated monitoring messages and delete them. The report is intended to be executed periodically in the background.

Integration

This report is part of a manufacturing monitoring package. The solution is designed to be a single, stand alone deployment either inside an existing mySAP ERP or in a central SAP instance of Basis release 6.40 or higher. It does no interfere with any existing data structures inside the SAP system where it is deployed.

See prerequisites of the corresponding monitoring report ZXMII_M_PROCESS_MONITOR.

Features

Selection

The report uses the following selection criteria:

• Plant (obligatory): Enter the plant used for monitoring processes

• Scenario (obligatory): Enter the name of the scenario (process type) you want to monitor

• Delete process older than <> days (obligatory): Enter the number of days after which a process is considered outdated and should be deleted.

Standard Variants

Output

The report will delete monitoring information about processes older than the specified number of days. A success message is issued at the end of processing.
