Functionality
You can use this user exit to ensure that the entries in pcn874.txt meet the legal requirements. The pcn874.txt file is generated by the Create VAT Files report. The report only considers those customers and vendors whose VAT registration number is entered. For example, you can implement this user exit to enter the VAT registration number for a vendor and change the record type.
When you cannot change the required data in the accounting documents, you need to implement the user exit to enter the appropriate values, add the tax amounts of the above records into the corresponding total of input tax or output tax, and generate an entry in the generated file.
