Functionality

The method checks whether an exchange rate exists.

The object that is to be read for this purpose is identified by the following parameters: MDCODE, RATETYPE, FROMCCY, TOCCY, CONVTYPE, and VALIDDATE.

The result is returned in parameter EXISTS. If errors occur when the object is read, the module writes error messages to message table "Return".
