Functionality

This function module is used to create or change interest spreads. The module checks whether the object is to be created or updated. This key consists of the parameters that are not flagged as optional.

Possible input parameters are either recorded as fixed values in the system or are checked against the corresponding Customizing settings. Data is deleted in the system using a "logical delete". This is controlled by the STATUS parameter.

The user must start the commit work command explicitly to trigger final update of the data in the database. This can be done by accessing the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
