Functionality

Detects the DIF Occurrences that occurred for the first time per DIF in a set of given DIF Occurrences.

NOTE: All imported occurrences are assumed to be valid for the same location or location/product.

The function provides the option to create F&R exceptions for first-time occurrences. For the creation of F&R exceptions, location and product ID (depending on assignment level) must be provided by the caller.
