Functionality

This function module fetches Business Partner data along with the associated address details.

The following select options are supported by the RFC via the importing parameters.

  • IT_SEL_PAR_COMPANY_NAMES-Selection range for Company name
  • IT_SEL_PAR_ADDRESS_TYPES-Selection range for Address Type
  • IT_SEL_PAR_BUILDINGS,,-Selection range for building
  • IT_SEL_PAR_POSTAL_CODES-Selection range for Postal code
  • IT_SEL_PAR_COUNTRIES-Selection range for Country Code
  • IT_SEL_PAR_CITIES-Selection range for City
  • IT_SEL_PAR_BP_IDS-Selection range BP ids
  • IT_SEL_PAR_STREETS,,Selection range for Street
  • IT_SEL_PAR_CREATE_RESPONSIBLES-Selection range for Create Responsible
  • IT_SEL_PAR_CHANGE_RESPONSIBLES-Selection range for Change Responsible
  • IT_SORTING_OPTIONS-Table listing the sort options
  • IV_MAX_ROWS-Max row count
  • IS_PAGING_OPTIONS-Paging options

The RFC returns a table of Business Partner data that match the selection parameters provided. The address details is also fetched for each Business Partner. The RFC returns a table of business partner data which includes the following fields -

  • Business Partner ID
  • Business Partner Role
  • Business Partner Role Text
  • E-Mail Address
  • Phone Number
  • Fax Number
  • Web Address
  • Company Name
  • Legal Form of Business Partner
  • Currency Code
  • CurrencyCodeText
  • City
  • Postal Code
  • Street
  • Building
  • Country Code
  • CountryCodeText
  • Address Type
  • AddressTypeText

The RFC also returns a table containing the Business Partner GUIDs.
