Scenario of this user exit:

Data record cannot be inserted into table because it exists already.

So this is a duplicate.

With this user exit you can tell DocuLink what to do with the corresponding document.

PE_AVOID_DUPLICATES: do not insert TOAV0 record into TOA0x if SAP_OBJECT/OBJECT_ID exists

PE_SAVE_FLAG: insert TOAV0 record into table /ixos/dc_tbcr.
