/MRSS/SQP_GET_PROFILE_URL - Get the Profile URL

Functionality

This function module takes in the profile guid and builds the URL so that during the workflow , the person would get the profile to perform an action like approve/reject. It takes in the approver's ID as input and when he launches the URL,he would see a list of current profiles that he has to approve/reject.
