/MRSS/SQP_REQ_PROF_CRE_API - To save requirement profile data from legacy

This function module is used to create requirement profiles which are uploaded from legacy system.

Each profile data record from legacy system should contain Profile key.

Profile guid is generated by the API for each profile .
