/OPT/VGET_UPDATE_DETAILS - Get details to last update

Functionality

Function module /OPT/VGET_UPDATE_DETAILS is a function that can be used by all end-user reports. This function module provides a table with all the relevant runs of the aggregation report. What does "relevant run" mean in this context? An end-user report uses a set of reporting tables. The aggregation report can start runs for database tables which are not used as reporting tables for an end-user report. These runs are not interesting for the end-user report when determining the date and time of the last update or when displaying a popup with detail information to the last update. Thus the function module /OPT/VGET_UPDATE_DETAILS can be used to select runs for a given set of reporting tables.
