Functionality

You use this function module to execute the Determine CBC Category business transaction.

You can transfer the following import parameters:

  • Parameter IV_APPLNR_CD
Application Number
  • Parameter IF_SIMULATION, IF_SAVE
By setting one of the two parameters to ABAP_TRUE, you specify whether you want to:
Simulate the application or save it.

The system returns the following data:

  • Current premium data (parameter ET_CBC_OVERVIEW)
  • Error and status messages (parameter ET_MESSAGES)
  • Error status (parameter EN_ERROR_CD)

Notes

  • The function module can only be executed on applications from the Reinstatement After Lapse Without Gap business transaction.
  • The function module can only be called synchronously, therefore the caller must wait until control is returned.
  • The function module returns no exceptions. Error messages are listed in export parameter ET_MESSAGE.

Choose SAP Policy Management -> Application Help -> Policy Management -> In-Force Business Management -> Business Transactions -> Determine Cash-Before-Cover Category.

Enhancements

To process further data from the calling system, use the Business Add-In BAdI: Determine Cash-Before-Cover Category (Extension Out).

Reset -> BAdI: Determine Cash-Before-Cover Category (Extension Out).

You can use this BAdI to execute your own mapping and to fill the EXTENSIONOUT parameter.
