Functionality

You use the Change SDATA in Case of Reversal(/SAPCE/FKPL_EVENT_0934) installation-specific function module during the recording of tax-relevant information to enhance or change data to be recorded in event 0020. The function module is designed for use in the Tax Return: Add Data for Event 0020 (0934) event.

The function module checks whether a document is a correction document of a reversal by reading data from the table that the function module of the IS-U INV: Enhanced Print Data with Debit Entry (R999) event fills out for the adjustment reversal or the function module of the IS-U Reversals: Check whether Reversal Is Permitted (R470) event for invoice reversal. If so, the function module collects data about the reversal, for example, the reversal reason, reconciliation key of reversal, document type of the correction document and transfers them to the DFKKREP06 reporting table.
