Functionality

Display details of one or more seals. Screen 0200 will be called. User can change parts of seal. Based on operation type different fields of screen will be activated. After pressing OK key internal table will be changed. After this step data are sill not changed in DB and button SAVE have to be pressed.

Operation modes used in this part of application and affected elements.

Display mode (abbrev DSP):

  • Mandatory fields: none
  • Editable fields: color of the seal; in case of installed seal also position on device

Issue mode (abbrev ISS):

  • Mandatory fields: responsible person seal was issued to his/her hands; date of issue seal was issued on this day, today date used as default value
  • Editable fields: color of the seal; responsible person; date of issue

Install mode (abbrev INS):

  • Mandatory fields: material number material number of equipment; serial number serial number of equipment, together with material number creates link to device (controlled by function module /SAPCE/IURU_EQUIPMENTTEST); date of installation day on which was seal installed to device, today date used as default value
  • Editable fields: color of the seal; material number; serial number; date of installation; position on device

Break mode (abbrev BRK):

  • Mandatory fields: person who broke the seal was removed by this person; date of removal seal was broken on this day, today date used as default value
  • Editable fields: color of the seal; person who broke the seal; date of removal

Data are passed as internal table with definition of the seals.
