Functionality

You can use this method to transfer actual data as confirmation time events to production order operations.

The confirmation time events are merely flagged for further processing, meaning the transferred actual data is not checked or stored in the confirmation table AGRU until a subsequent step. This can be carried out, for example, by using a periodically scheduled batch job with program CORUPROC1. Or you can define in Customizing for Plant Data Collection in the Communication Parameters for Production Orders that further processing of the transferred data is to be triggered as soon as the data transfer has ended by selecting the Immediate Update indicator.

In addition to the actual data of the confirmation, actual data for goods movements can also be transferred that are to be posted with a confirmation. For items to be handled in batches you can transfer data for the batch classification and single-unit batch information.

If no goods movements have been specified for a confirmation, the system automatically determines the items for backflushing and automatic goods receipt when further processing the confirmation.
