/XLSO/ERP_WEC_USER_CREATE - RFM: Creation of ISA Users (and Contact Persons)

Functionality

Creates an ISA user (a user with a customer or contact person attached). If no password is provided, the system generates a new one, and sends it to the user's e-mail address.

It is also possible to attach a contact person to an existing user, or create a contact person and attach it to a new or existing user.
