/ACCGO/CAS_APPL_APPLY_API - Applies Contracts to Applications

Functionality
This function module supports the following functionality of the Manual Workcenter (/ACCGO/APP_WC):
- A - Manual application of contract
- S - Split to contracts
- L - Link to contract
At a time, only one manual application/split process is supported.
These activities are supported for all application document types such as PAD, SADand CAD.
For CADtype application documents, it also supports partial application.

Manual Application
IV_ACTION = A
Pass the relevant contract and application details in IS_APPLY_DATA.
In case of CAD type application documents, if a partial quantity needs to be applied, pass the relevant data in IS_PICKED_QTY_DETAIL.
Split to Contract
IV_ACTION = S
Pass the relevant application and contracts detail in IT_SPLIT_INPUT.
In case of CAD type application documents, if a partial quantity needs to be split, pass the relevant data in IS_PICKED_QTY_DETAIL.
Link to Contract
IV_ACTION = L
Pass the relevant application details in IS_LINK_DATA.
