/AIN/PUB_BTD_DELETE - Business Transaction Document Delete

Functionality
The business transaction document (BTD) delete service enables a calling application such as an activity, user interface, or custom application to delete nodes of an existing BTD or to delete the BTD entirely from the database of SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure (SAP AII).
Example
If you write your own code to cleanup the SAP AII database, you can call this service (for example, to remove documents created by mistake).
Notes

Interaction with Physical Object
This service uses the Physical Object Internal Identifier (POBJ_INTID) to read attributes of existing instances of physical object, and to delete BTD nodes BTD Object Expectedand BTD Object Actual.
Data persistency
This service does not persist any data to the SAP AII database; it only updates internal buffer tables (stateful service). It is the responsibility of the caller to persist the new or modified data to the database by calling the service /AIN/PUB_BO_SAVE.
Commit handling
This service does not commit any information to the SAP AII database. It is the responsibility of the calling application to process the messages generated by the service in the ET_RETURN table and commit (or rollback) by calling the service /AIN/PUB_DATABASE_COMMIT or /AIN/PUB_DATABASE_ROLLBACK..
Message handling
Messages generated by the services are not stored in any application log. It is the responsibility of the calling application to store the application log entries in the relevant application log objects. All the messages that are generated during the service call are returned to the calling application.
Integration with external systems
This service only affects data within SAP AII; it does not does not send data to external systems.
